A group of protestors, who largely appear to be against redistricting, are packed in the hallway outside the Senate and are reacting live to the developments in the chamber. Protestors are listening intently in between cheers.

UPDATE: In Thursday’s vote on the third reading of Indiana’s redistricting bill, the Indiana State Senate voted to reject House Bill 1032. The bill will not move forward to Indiana Gov. Mike Braun’s desk.

The senate voted to reject the bill 31-19.

Gov. Mike Braun has no judgment to choose the right battles, no skills to win people to his side and no clue when to shut up.
