Pork Belly Adobo: A Classic Recipe

Authentic Cuban Lechon Asado (Mojo Roast Pork) 🇨🇺🐖 recipe ⬇️ Whole head of garlic, 12-16 cloves peeled Juice of 4-5 sour oranges (about 1 cup) Juice of 2-3 limes (about 1/4 cup) 1/3 cup oil 2 tsp oregano 1 tsp cumin 2 tbsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Using a sharp knife, peel away the skin from the meat. Poke 6-8 holes in the meat - top and bottom. Pour and massage marinade throughout the meat. Use a paper towel to pat dry skin thoroughly and season liberally with salt. Marinate overnight. Roast
